Policy
1. 🎯 Purpose This policy outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and requirements for businesses and individuals participating as vendors at Spectrum Soccer classes. Our goal is to provide a positive, family-friendly environment that supports community engagement and business visibility. 2. ✅ Eligibility To be approved as a vendor, you must: Offer products/services relevant to families or children (e.g., education, health, wellness, toys, food, etc.) Have proper business licenses and permits (if applicable) Pay all applicable fees in full prior to the event date Comply with all local laws and venue requirements 3. 💵 Vendor Fees All fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Spectrum Soccer. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. 4. ⏰ Event Logistics Vendors must arrive at least 15 minutes before class start time for setup Breakdown must begin 15 min before the event ends Vendors must vacate the area within 15 minutes of event conclusion 5. 📍 Booth Guidelines Vendors are responsible for providing all display materials No amplified sound or disruptive activities allowed Signage must be appropriate and family-friendly 6. 🚫 Prohibited Items & Activities Vendors may not: Sell or promote tobacco, alcohol, firearms, or adult-oriented products Distribute political or religious materials Use generators or open flames unless pre-approved Solicit aggressively 7. ⚠️ Liability & Insurance Vendors participate at their own risk Spectrum Soccer is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items Vendors are encouraged to carry liability insurance for their booth setup All vendors must agree to the Vendor Waiver & Release of Liability prior to attending 8. 💬 Conduct Expectations We ask all vendors to: Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor Be courteous to families, staff, and other vendors Keep their booth clean and presentable throughout the event Clean up all trash and materials before leaving Vendors who fail to comply may be asked to leave and may be barred from future events. 9. ❌ Cancellation Policy No-shows or cancellations will not be credited or refunded. Spectrum Soccer reserves the right to cancel vendor participation due to weather, low attendance, or venue issues. In such cases, vendors will be offered a full refund.
